Robot Giraffe Dwarfs Visitors

Mister Platypus
Two girls build a creature resembling a platypus, using model parts from the real animal and others such as an elephant's trunk.

Chameleon Computer "Paint" Stations
Two brothers "paint" the robot chameleon, creating color patterns with real-time color image processing on a Silicon Graphics O2TM computer workstation. The boys can post their artwork to a giant screen behind the robot. Television monitors covering the robot quickly match the patterns on the screen, illustrating how the real-life animal blends with its surroundings.

Robot House Fly
